    Get ready to bring the joy of a private yoga session to your upcoming group event of 4 or more! 45 and 60 minute sessions are available. We provide the mats & music; you just bring yourself and your guests! Travel to your venue is included within Sonoma County, however we do travel to other areas for a small fee. Upon booking you will receive a call to finalize all details of this service.

  • Youth Yoga

    Does your child or teen have a passion for movement? We offer a 30 minute youth-friendly yoga and movement session for children! Whether it be at a school, park, or private residence, your instructor will make sure your group has a memorable and fun experience. Upon booking, your instructor will contact you to go over all the details before the event and finalize your date and location.

  • One-on-One

    Are you ready to add some healthy movement to your routine? We offer one on one personal yoga training sessions at your schedule and in the comfort of your own home. Upon booking your date, a customized plan will be made through a free 15 minute phone call with you! Small group sessions are also available for up to 4 people at the same hourly rate. YOGA FOR CYCLISTS

4PM-5PM | $15

Come attend this fun public yoga event in the Trailhouse Bike Shop. This class is tailored to cyclist but all are welcome to join. $15 per person. Registration and Dates Coming Soon! Check back for details..

FEBRUARY 13th AT FLAMINGO HOTEL SANTA ROSA

5:45-8:45PM | $55- $75

Come Join us at the Flamingo Resort & Spa on February 13th for a romantic night of connection and movement! Hosted by YogaSoco and let by Local Fitness Instructor, Angela Fallon, this event is the perfect Valentine’s Day Pre-Game activity for you and your partner to come enjoy together. (Attire is Athletic Wear) water, mats,  and towels are provided! Mixer to follow yoga class in the Lazeaway Club Bar. An Intake Form will be sent to you after payment to confirm registration. (Event is limited to 15 couples)

$75 includes Yoga Session for two + Two Beverage Vouchers per couple.

No Drink Voucher Tickets available for $55. 

*Additional Beverages and Food can be purchased separately from LazeAway Club Bar during the Mixer Portion of the event!
